In my very limited experience so far with IXwebhosting, I have found they respond to the initial chat requests significantly faster then Startlogic. However, I have found that when you are chatting with them they do take a long time to get back to you. However, they do always come back to you and the quality of the answers they provide is worth the wait when you compare it with the gibberish

So are you still happy with IX?I tried to ask some questions on there online chat but either they didn't want to get a new customer or just wanted to say "Hello, how can i help?" and then ignore me, or there chat doesn;t work properlyand i was just about to sign up with them, but now i decided to wait.
